God, I am sorry for my sins.  I turn from it right now.

I believe that Jesus died for my sins and that He rose from the grave,

and I accept that sacrifice for my life. 

Jesus, I ask you to come into my heart and life right now. 

Be Lord of my life, and my friend. 

Help me to follow you all the days of my life as your disciple.
